- Shipping Destinations: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our international customers.
- Shipping Timeframe: Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and ship your items within 1-2 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from this timeframe. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Shipping Costs: For orders below 30 USD,a standard shipping fee of 10 USD will be applied. However, for orders totaling 30 USD or more, we offer free shipping within the United States. Please note that additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or special delivery requests.
- Delivery Estimates: The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, you can expect to receive your package within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect the delivery timeframe.
- Order Tracking: To track the progress of your shipment, please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. You can enter the tracking number on our website or directly on the carrier’s website for real-time updates on the status of your package.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for any delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
